Brief:

To design, develop and facilitate a series of Board workshops aimed at helping the team to identify the strategy and plan for the business over the next five years.

 

Result:

A successful series (4 to-date) of workshops that have enabled the team to think through and articulate their strategy at the same time as understanding the team dynamics and move towards becoming a high performance team.

Client:  Land Securities plc 

The Retail Development Team within LS  (Property Development)

Brief:

To design, develop and facilitate a senior workshop aimed at the top Project Directors (for huge capital projects around the UK) to help them undestand their own unique contributions to the larger Land Securities organisation.

Result:

A successful workshop that has enabled the team to review their approach to project managment, and to identify their own strengths and areas for development so that they continue to improve.

Client:  Turner and Townsend UK  

Part of T&T Worldwide (Property Development)  

Brief:

To design, develop and facilitate a workshop aimed at helping the T&T UK team and all its relevant stakeholders (including Cambridge University) to focus jointly on the strategy and plan for the development of the new Cambridge NW site.   The project is planned to be leading edge and a source of significant 'pull' for world class academics (staff and students) in the following decades.

Result:

A successful workshop that enabled the team to think through and adjust their project strategy at the same time as understanding the complex and challenging team dynamics and the need to keep open lines of communication with the various sub-groups and projects. A number of measurable milestones were agreed allowing progress to be followed by all involved.

Result:
